※Autonomous vehicles operate on designated routes based on the pickup and dropoff location combination.
※ In principle, getting on or off the vehicle is not permitted at locations other than the designated pickup and dropoff points.

STEP 01

User Registration
Click "Go to Booking Site" on this page to register as a user.

STEP 02

Booking
Select your pick-up/drop-off locations, date & time, number of passengers, and complete your booking.

STEP 03

Check-in & Boarding
Once you arrive at the stop, scan the QR code on the vehicle window with your smartphone camera to check in.
After checking in, you may board the vehicle. Once inside, please use the in-vehicle tablet to complete your boarding process.

STEP 04

Arrival & Survey
Upon arrival, scan the QR code displayed on the in-vehicle tablet to complete our survey.
Please exit the vehicle safely once the doors open.

It says "autonomous navigation," but is there a driver on board?

A.

Yes. To ensure safety during this demonstration project, a driver is always stationed inside the vehicle, and the vehicle’s interior and exterior are continuously monitored remotely.

Q.

Can anyone use this service? Is pre-registration required?

A.

Anyone who completes the pre-registration can use the service during the demonstration project period. Please refer to the "User Guide" for registration instructions.

How do I use the service?

A.

Please book your ride via the dedicated app by specifying your pick-up/drop-off locations and preferred departure time. Once your ride is confirmed, the vehicle will pick you up at the designated location.

How much does it cost?

The service is available completely free of charge.

Can I bring a wheelchair or a stroller on board?

A.

Due to vehicle specifications, large items such as wheelchairs and strollers cannot be accommodated. However, you may board with hand luggage that fits comfortably on your lap.

Important Notices

This service is a demonstration project.
Unlike regular public transportation, service details and regulations are subject to change, suspension, or cancellation without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding.
Manual intervention may occur even during autonomous driving to ensure safety.
Depending on road and traffic conditions, the driver may take manual control of the vehicle.
Please arrive with plenty of time before your scheduled booking.
Please be at your designated pick-up location at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. If you miss your scheduled time, your booking may be automatically canceled.
Scheduled pick-up and drop-off times are estimates.
Arrival times may vary depending on traffic congestion and road conditions. Additionally, if another vehicle is occupying a designated spot, the autonomous vehicle may be operated manually nearby until the space becomes available.
Services may be suspended due to weather or road conditions.
Operation may be suspended for safety reasons in the event of heavy rain, strong winds, accidents, roadwork, etc.
